Suicide bag-helium or nitrogen

I'm planning my exit and I've decided on a suicide bag. I have looked on YouTube and read some things here but I'm scared I will mess it up and end up surviving with irreversible damage. I want to be sure that I will be successful. Can anyone give me the idiots guide to step by step instructions or where to find an instructional video? The ones on YouTube that I'm able to see don't give instructions.

Do not use the Helium tanks in the video. They added 20 percent oxygen to make them cheaper. The oxygen is breathable and will not kill you. No more lawsuits.

Supposedly it's ballon time and other USA manufactured helium containers which have added the oxygen. Helium manufactured in Europe and other parts of the world still claim 99% pure helium but I wouldn't trust that figure.

Either way I think the "party ballon" canisters are too small and without a flow meter, leaves too much room for failure.

For now. Finances prevent me from being able to afford the supplies I need right now. Trying to find other low cost, painless, guaranteed means.

I hope you find peace in life and in death. I am living a nightmare but I found a way to get high to get through the day to day well.

Any idea on how to obtain the right helium? I'm scared I'm going to end up with one that won't work. There's an Airgas store not far from me but I'm not sure I would know what to say if I went to buy an absurd about if helium and they asked what it's for.

Yes, very difficult, unless you have old stock, to get 100% pure helium. With nitrogen you need the regulator and additional apparatus. But if done right it will be successful.

I just found 100% helium that can be shipped directly to me. They also have 100% nitrogen. I bought the oven bags, the elastic strap, and the tubing... small steps but it felt monumental. I cried. Hard. Not because I'm scared but for knowing that I'm going to be seeing my friends, family, and coworkers for the last time very soon and that I'm almost free. I have to purchase the gas and that'll take me a paycheck or two to be able to afford but I'm another step closer. Funny how I can be so ready and still so sad to know I don't have much more time.

I am glad you have supplies with you. Whenever you go, I wish you a peaceful journey. Since you have all the supplies, it might be good to spend as much time you need with your friends or the loved ones.

I'm not confident about the nitrogen and helium tanks I found. I'm thinking nitrogen will be better, less room for error maybe? I am intimidated by having to fill out an application with AirGas to purchase from their website. The others I have found are upwards of $300. Does anyone know of a site where I can order nitrogen to be delivered to a home addresses in the US and not be so expensive? This is my preferred method and I don't want to have to keep putting it off because I can't afford it.
