What are you doing all day?

Since I lost my girlfriend and my best friend broke our friendship (we did a lot together) I literally rot away every day after work and weekends.. I just lay around, no motivation, just depressed watching YouTube videos and that's it..

Anyone else here the same?
Being alone is really depressing and boring..

yeah, today i laid on my couch all day and watched tv shows.
its the same boring routine every day

I stay home. Sometimes I can barely get our of bed and look after myself, other days I draw, write, read, cook, clean around and occasionally go out, mostly to walk my dog. I feel very ashamed and scared of going outside.​

I wake up and dread going to work. Then I go to work where I either dread being at work or dread having to tell everyone I want to leave work. Then I go home and post on here about how much I hate myself and hate being at work. Then I play some games to escape having to think about work. Then I go to sleep and dream about the woman at work who I've been obsessed with for the past few months.

Rotting as usually but maybe play some genshin and do some journaling. I've been having 0 motivation lately. But I at least try to do the trashes,litter, and dishes if I can because I feel bad for just being useless
