When you are about to ctb, what do you end up with? For me its alcohol, I feel I'm just wasting my time. For gaining courage, I resort to alcohol, then I call her, fml...how do y'all stop yourself?

This isn't a stupid question. It's very valid as a lot of people use substances to help with SI. Bars would be ideal, but thcA will be what I smoke all day beforehand.
