Method Xylazine method

Does xylazine actually cause necrosis?I'm thinking of using it as a fallback method...Can it be taken orally?(50 ml of the solution).I don't care about speed, the main thing is that I switch off and feel nothing when I'm drowning in the bathroom / in the loop
