What if C-ingTB with "SN" lasts between 2 - 4 hours?

Since in all the cases I came upon, everything ends within 1 hour ( 35 - 45 min. ), how it will be and even feel, though, if it's going to last more than that? Even entire hours? ( since the timeframe is between 1 and 4 hours )

Or if you don't pass out soon enough... Or remain even conscious more than one should...

And I'm asking concerned of an eventual and possible pain of some sort coming along and lasting more than one hour ( not about being found and such )

And what about the possible damages in case of survival? Is death guaranteed?

As far as I know, there is no permanent damage with SN.
I might be wrong but that's what I read on some threads.

You can take other meds alongside to make you pass out and sleep through your death. I'm not planning on using SN, but I will use narcotic pain medications to hopefully fall asleep and stay asleep until my death.
