I will have to disagree with you on that. Laziness isn't inherently a bad thing. People being lazy led to countless innovations throughout history so that they'd have to work less. I'd argue that laziness is the key to technological innovation.

Personally, I think cognitive dissonance is one of our worst features. The ability to justify and rationalize anything under the sky no matter how ludicrous gave us religion, anti-science, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and pro-lifers.

I would say that dishonesty is the worst human trait, since it can be wielded as a weapon against other people, in contrast to any isms or opinions that could be offensive.

If I had to choose a certain human behavior I absolutely despise, it's how humans behave, often in horrible ways to each other in a group. Mobs, bullying, gossip-based backstabbing, singling out the innocent, etc. A lot of the dynamics of this are often complex, unconscious, and cloaked, but I always know it when I see it and it's one the reasons I avoided mixing with cliques throughout my life.

Racism, xenophobia, dishonesty, arrogance, pretentiousness, ableism, spreading rumours / untruths, violence, cheating / unfaithfulness, assuming without lived experience.

I grew up with cultural diversity, since my mother's friends were from many different nations, and am glad I did. Xenophobia doesn't necessarily mean racism, but hating on cultural differences. For example, being half Dutch, sometimes for fun, I've said some Dutch words when talking with friends. In a predominantly white, small, parochial country town, I've had some wanker come up to me and say, 'You're in Australia now. Speak English!' I then go back to my regular Aussie voice and respond with, 'Is that right?'. The wanker then looks confused and angry. My friends were interested to know some Dutch words. Or, the open mouthed, angry stares I get if I speak English with a Dutch accent, because the shire I live in isn't used to cultural diversity. Thankfully, that shitty behaviour isn't everywhere.

Since I have a degenerative, genetic disability, I've become more aware of ableism. I use a rollator-walker when I go shopping and some people talk down to me like I'm 5 years old. It's for my legs because they get tired and achy without it. It doesn't power my thought processes. Sometimes, if I'm with a friend, others will talk to my friend about me, in front of me, because they think I can't answer for myself. Also, since my disability has become more obvious, men (apart from the fkn stalker whom I'll never want a relationship with) don't ask me out as much. A bit of metal with plastic handles seems to scare them off. Meanwhile, they drive a car with more metal and plastic. When I'm asked out, it's usually after they realise that I do have a personality and am human. Eventually, disability happens to all of us; for most it's not until they become elderly. They won't realise how hateful they've been until it happens to them.

In small, parochial country towns, they have nothing better to do than make up stories about other people and spread them. The fictitious version of me has a much wilder life than I do. I refuse to join in with the rumour mill so I'm on the outer. I think it's a shitty thing to make up nasty stories about people.

Maybe the need for power, sadism, chauvinism. And some of the things other people said as well. People have caused each other so much suffering. Not everyone is like this. But when I think of what the human race has done as a whole, I shudder. War, slavetrade, genocide. It's mind-boggling to think about what people have done to each other.

I can't stand how people.. Can't take a good, honest look at humanity, and see that it's a catastrophe. I don't understand.

A lot of people disagree with me on this, I get that. I just don't understand how. I'm probably ignorant, but humanity has done nothing for nature and everything for itself. I don't think I need to explain that. You could argue they.. Invented cures, and the prolonging of life or whatever but only God knows what effects will linger because people couldn't stop messing with fate. I don't know.

I'm quite ignorant in my bitterness. I just don't understand, is all. Every single person has hurt someone - most probably horribly - before. Racism, sexism - all the isms. Rape, war, torture, murder.. The most vile thing you can think of has been done multiple times. It's to the point where, unfortunately, for every genuine good deed, there is ten corrupt actions.

And people somehow look at this shit, and say "Not everyone's bad", "It doesn't mean all of humanity is bad". Like, listen here Jessica: suppose you took ONLY the most purest humans alive (that's an oxymoron, but whatever). Give it one hundred years, and we'll be back where we started, albeit with a smaller population.

Don't you fucking get it, Jessica? We're a disease. It's no wonder everything in this world is shit. Political tensions, war, corruptions, data theft, money laundering.. This shit is happening everywhere, and will never end. I just don't get it at all how.. Someone giving a homeless person a half-eaten Big Mac somehow makes up for the visible trail of anguish from the people they've hurt. I don't get it.

using people, manipulation, narcissism. personally don't believe laziness is actually a thing - more a pejorative concept that encapsulates many different physical and emotional states.
gossip, the desire for drama and toxicity which in it's extremity results in awful shit like reality tv like god awful, triggering love island which is literally a show that encourages gaslighting, emotional abuse, bullying, comparing one another on looks - all for "entertainment". parasocial adoration and celeb culture whilst simultaneously failing to love people who actually know you exist. aesthetic over substance.

It's this idiotic concept that inflicting pain on other people and pushing other people down and dominating everyone and being unnecessarily aggressive somehow makes you more of a man, and that being mAnLy is more important than not abusing people
