I failed
Tried partial/night night
Got unconscious and woke up a minute later
Police and paramedics came and I've been taken to hospital
They want to admit me involuntarily.
What the hell am I mean to do?

They will take your phone most likely, last time I was institutionalized they took my phone

You should never tell anyone that you are attempting if you really want to succeed

I imagine that must be a dreadful situation, trying to die going wrong is what I'd personally fear. But anyway I wish you the best in what happens.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you.

I've never been hospitalised, but the advice I got on how to get out from someone who had a fairly lengthy stay is to treat the staff (respectfully!) as if they work for you. Rather than you being at their mercy. It worked for them.

In what sense have you failed! If you woke up you were fine, right?
I don't know exactly what happened
I blocked my carotids properly and passed out, maybe SI kicked in when semi conscious or I just dangled in a way that it unblocked them
Either way it's a failed attempt 😭

Not at all, could have medical problems, forced "treatment" equals forced five-figure medical bills in some areas and a variety of issues from people who don't need to know finding out and inserting themselves or opinions where they are not welcomed.

I walked into an ER voluntarily once and shortly after being put in the room where they left me to take my clothes off, my gut told me to get TF out and I did. I was so glad I did not ignore my gut that day as I often do to please others and not make a fuss or scene. After the stories I've heard and read about (and lawsuits in as well), I will never try "getting help" again. I feel badly for OP because they just want peace but these places cannot provide that, they only focus on prolonging life, no matter how bad it can actually be for the patients and how many more issues they add to the person's life.

Thank you so much, they're admitting me involuntarily in A few hours, waiting for a transport van to get me to the mental hospital because I'm not trusted to get myself there smh
Luckily where I am there is free health care but I still wish I had just succeeded

I wish you peace and safety in ways that you prefer. I wish there was something we could do for you. Good luck

I forgot that in the United States healthcare is paid for. Here in Europe you don't pay anything.

Yes, it can be quite expensive and often only adds further stresses to a person who has already clearly had enough.
