I know there's a sweet spot on setting the rope around the neck in order to stop blood flow. I did find this spot once when I tried partial hanging, and I almost fainted, it was peaceful and really quick, but I was so afraid I stood up.

I believe I can do it this time with full suspension, but I need help finding the spots in order to block the blood flow, and not by asphyxiation, which would take longer to make me past out.

And yes, cutting the blood flow was actually peaceful and didn't hurt.

It just takes practice. It seems people's sweet spot differs. And some have a lot more trouble than others. It sounds like you might be lucky. If you count CTBing as lucky! I hope you change your mind and don't do it though, we'll miss you ❤️ Have you tried wrapping socks or strips of pipe insulation around the rope where you expect the arteries to be? It might help

Can you explain how socks or pipe insulation would help in compression?

If they are placed on your arteries, it'll help avoid feeling like you're suffocating while putting more pressure on the arteries

I had the most success positioning it as high up against my jaw and skull as possible. When I did my testing, I blacked out in seconds and never felt like I was being choked.

Isn't that more for the night night method?
Edit: Sorry for the double post.
I don't know how to fix it 🫤

Can you explain the set up you tried? Did you lean forward or just let your body weight drop straight down?
Also where did you have the rope on your neck?

Where's the best place for the knot to sit when it's being pulled?
