I'm gonna test/practice partial hanging while also trying to succeed but will probably not I'll update how it goes and see some things I can fix if y'all got any tips let me know

My best tip would be for you not to overpractice so much so as not to end up with permanent damage. You know, something like tinnitus.

Your right, all I learned is that I need more padding
