Starvation or suicide

I'm at 48 hours and 30mins, no food or drink, time to revert to hanging, this is not comfortable at all. Any other suggestions?

starvation is like, the ultimate way to go out if you can pull it off. mental enlightenment alongside a noble death.

sounds very difficult though and will most likely just end in a massive food binge.
