SN without water?

Can you take SN without water?
is there any reason (aside from taste, perhaps) that you couldn't just dump a spoonful of SN power in your mouth? Maybe followed with a chug of water? Does it have to be dissolved in water prior to taking?

Try to eat a full spoon of normal salt, see how it goes...

I think it's possible to drink it without water but I don't recommend it at all.
I'd just follow the book and use water.

If I were going to go that route I'd probably try to place it in capsules first to avoid the taste.

Well some people have been poisoned by it and died after it was added to food (sausage, stew, soup, even a glass of whickey, and there was one case of murder in I think India where a guy emptied his girlfriends salt cellar and filled it with SN).

Anyway, the regimens are to make it as fast and certain as possible, so while it may be doable, it's not the most definite way to achieve success.

Dissolving it is better.

The water doesn't change the effect of the SN so technically you don't need it, but dissolving the SN makes it a lot easier to swallow.

i think you would find it hard to eat 25g of salt!!!
