Discussion Scared about vomiting out DDMA cocktail and worried about stomach reaction.

Here's the composition of the DDMA cocktail:

Diazepam 1 grams
Digoxin 100 milligrams
Morphine sulfate: 15 grams
Amitriptyline 8 grams

24 grams of medication all in all which is a lot! I fear that ingesting such a large amount will result in vomiting even if I take a high dose of antiemetic drugs like metoclopramide (say 24 mg). Will the morphine or Amitriptyline make me vomit?

Also do I have to worry about enteric coating with any of the pills of these drugs? If I destroy the coating by crushing or dissolving the pills in water, will my stomach acid destroy these drugs before they have a chance of being absorbed in the intestines?

I am really scared and confused. I could use some help here. Thanks!

You will probably vomit. Most people vomit while ctb, it is almost impossible to prevent completely.
You just need to delay it for as long as possible so that a maximum of substance will be ingested before you vomit. Anti-emetics help with that.

FYI, narcotic medications (like morphine) will delay gastric emptying.
Metoclopramide, on the other hand, is the best drug to promote gastric emptying.
Gastric emptying is what makes anti-emetics so important and why it is a good idea to start taking them a few days before actual ctb.
