I think somewhere in my psychotic thinking, i feel the same exact thing

That this isnt the end, nothing is real, its a loop, i will suffer forever even if i die, once things are made they are made. It cannot be changed. Suicide is too good to be true to just have it be the end, because nothing in life was ever like that, and the universe is so complicated.
I greened out on this before and it was honestly hell. Not sure what to do after that

This seems to me more like a natural human attempt to find meaning in things than evidence that something beyond exists.
