Murdered or suicide?

If you had the choice between suicide and letting people kill you(possibly torture you) which would you choose and why?

I can't trust people with my thoughts, how am I gonna trust people with ending my life? Too many sick twisted stories of people with malignant psychopathic traits torturing others for fun or sexual gratification.

At the time of my choosing and on my own terms.

Murder is tragic in the sense that it drags not one, but two families into the storm - that of the victim and that of the murderer. I can only imagine the horror of having to come to terms with the fact that someone you love has killed and that their life, as well as yours, are changed forever. The fewer people my death touches, the better. I suppose that I also have a sort of obsession with control. When everything in my life feels out of control, I would at least like the dignity of being able to control the circumstances of my own death.

But suicide would leave more unanswered questions and i am suicidel because of the torment i am receiving and the death threats i have received ideally i want to live a long life but i fear for my family if i escape or go to police so its either kill myself (which they want not me) or let them do it and endure whatever comes my way.
I am so conflicted its a catch 22

I wouldn't exactly complain if someone accidentally ran over me, but I wouldn't want to be tortured. An accidental instant death would be preferable for me over a drawn out and slightly painful suicide, but that would come with the possibility of installing trauma on the one who took me out. A painless instant suicide would be the overall ideal, but I do not have the means to achieve that. I've already mentally settled for an as quick and safe as possible (for me) way to go out. Sacrificing a tiny bit of comfort for the short while I'm conscious.

These days, I'm so scared of death that a creepypasta made by a 13-year-old could give me nightmares.

I've been run over twice. First time by a police car, second time by a tractor. I can only comment on my own experience but it only resulted in broken bones and bruises. And concussion. And I shat myself. Literally.

Suicide.. but I did once ask someone if he would kill me. It was a guy I met on here and we were both into dark stuff and bdsm to the extreme. He liked strangling people to unconsciousness during sex and I was up for the idea of it and in one moment thought, well what if he did that.. but just carried on and I ended up dead? I asked the question.. but he said he wasn't into murder.. which was fair enough.

Suicide 100%. Not into the idea of being tortured and the ensuing police investigation and court case etc if I was murdered would drag it all out for my family. Plus I think it'd be easier for them to deal with me killing myself and knowing it was what I wanted, than being murdered where they would not know I wanted to die anyway..

Suicide for sure, but in my case I've been forced into this conclusion so it's actually murder, but not until I'm dead.

But I'm good going out as a martyr, it's my best shot at justice.

an instant kill sure. Like a bullet to the head and then another and another if that was taking too long. Beheading by full force so it was one clean swipe not 4 to six attempts. A guilatine that was in really good shape and heavy. There's no point in a slow death. That's just angry and wasteful.
