My only reliable option for CTB is jumping. Ive considered CO in the past but to many things can go wrong, its not reliable enough. No access to SN. No access to Nitrogen exit bag mechanisms. My only option is jumping from 9th floor, 85 ft.
Im trying to figure out how to land head first or even how to land anything but feet first. So I thought of rolling off the edge while lying on it, or sitting on it. Ill be spinning in the air while i fall. That will increase my chances of not landing with my feet first. By the time I do it, probably a few weeks from now, my anxiety will be so bad my thoughts will be foggy, and ill be taking lots of benzos. What are your thoughts about it?

I think jumping is usually an impulsive action. You gotta be so emotionally detached and apathetic to be able to visualize it beforehand and then actually do it.

85 feet....Not a massive drop. Could be enough but its just as likely you will survive very badly injured .

Is it too difficult for you to take a basic olympic diving course? That might help.

Also, what's your opinion on full hanging, partial hanging, and night-night methods?

If you know what you know about CO, SN, and Nitrogen; then it seems you also know about the methods I mentioned before. What has made you not consider them?

(I'm not trying to change your mind. I just want to know your thought on methods I prefer over jumping)

When I understood i must CTB, i panicked, my initial thought was OD, jumping and train. That was more than 6 months ago. As time went by and Ive become less impulsive, I researched and came to conclusion OD is not a method, cant do train, CO not reliable and unless i can get an exit bag I must jump. I believe when the time comes, ill be in so much distress ill manage to be detached and make the irreversible step over the edge.

If you're determined to do it, then please don't half ass it. There are worse things than death.

that is my biggest fear, failure of an attempt. One of the reasons i prefer jumping rather then CO. Wish i had access to higher buildings.

I'm not physically capable for diving course, and to chicken for hanging and night night and will probably abort. Jumping is a small irreversible step for me.

agree but i dont have any options. to chicken for hanging and afraid CO will fail badly.

Personally I think you would die, a neighbor of mine commited suicide by jumping from the 4th floor head first.

This is the Ambassador"s hotel in Naples, 30 floors. Many committed suicide and no one was alive when the ambulance arrived. Is it possible that you can't look for a building that will guarantee your success? You already have the courage to do it, don't waste it.

I've been searching for months and cant find a tall building that has its roof not locked. Try to rent a room in a hotel might be a good idea though. Ill need to ask for high floor and make sure the window can be opened or it has a balcony. Problem is i dont want to hit anyone when landing.
