if you suffer from stomach acidity maybe you should use antiacid for the 2 days prior. that's what Nitschke suggested in a livestream that i have difficulty finding rn, but it should be in the sn megathread. i saw it sometime ago.

sorry ,i know that 's not what you asked, but yeah iguess mine is a suggestion because from what i read stomach acidity will make your sn absorption slower.
