The best way of doing it is a full-blown plan with a set date and time but I think I will not be able to do so. I will plan and do it in the darkest hours probably. Retrospectively it doesn't matter but you need to be cautious that it works and your goodbye notes go out.

Even though it's not most sensible thing to do, I might also ctb impulsively due to my bipolar disorder.
