I tried giving myself multiple chances and I think I'm done

I'd like to ctb, finally, by hanging. I got so emotional today I wrote an actual goodbye note.

Do you have any pro tips in regards to hanging? Are you doing partial or full?

Are you going to go with partial?
I tried it 3 times and I just suck at it. Only got a exploding head feeling and no sweet spot.
