No. I remember someone saying they just ate a slice of pizza before taking sn and said they were vomiting like crazy. Most ppl who survive sn don't fast.

as others have mentioned I don't think it's safe... I personally have been wondering if self induced vomit to empty the stomach will work? but maybe it's also risky because after self induced vomiting one is more prone to reflux and vomiting again. I guess fasting is the best option.
