I have class on sunday morning but I ended up staying up late..to prevent myself from pulling an all nighter, i decided to sleep but as soon as I lay down..my brain start thinking but you'd only have 3 hours of sleep and you're going to be wake up by that alarm again.. when will you finally have some great 8 hours of sleep?

And suddenly my heart started to beat alot..i tries to calm myself down but I can't at all..i feel so anxious.. about the sleeping hours..what's wrong with me.. why can't my body function normally..

Well, you seem to be under a lot of stress and that's making you anxious. That could account for heartbeat and difficulty sleeping.
Your body sounds like it's reacting normally to these stimuli.

Sometimes when I'm feeling especially challenged I'll not be able to sleep all night, and it's not because of too much sugar, caffeine, or entertainment. I just... can't... sleep.

There's techniques to help you get back into the rhythm like minimizing use of screens, stuff like that. Might be worth a try.

Do your best in class. There are probably others that are also sleep deprived in there.
