Hypothetical: Can't wait for SN

This is merely a hypothetical. I don't get to order my SN until my SSDI comes in, which is on the 3rd. I can't wait that long. My SN shipment was intercepted by customs. What, hypothetically, would be a painless and quick way to CTB now?
