I would love to find a solution to this. It's hell to be created, born, and then live like that. All of this causes rejection.

These rejections, discrimination, etc., cause anger, which, with all that, amplifies anger, impossible to calm!

My country has never done anything to help people with autism get over it, apart from locking them up in psychiatry, rejecting them, etc!

Hyperactivity and talking excessively are not autism traits. Maybe you have autism and ADHD? It seems you are complaining about ADHD traits, not autism traits. The two are often occur together but not always and should not be confused

I'm trying to figure out the same things myself. I was diagnosed last November so this is all new to me.

Hypersensitivity:
I use earplugs and headphones to block out noises to avoid getting overstimulated. I also use sunglasses when it's bright outside to avoid headaches. I try to stick to one event per day, for example I will never book a doctors appointment on the same day I'm working, even if I have time. This prevents getting overwhelmed.

Hyperactivity:
I use some sort of fidget toy wherever I go to keep my hands occupied, this calms me down. Sometimes I can't use toys as it's a formal event, so in those cases I fidget with my jewellery or sleeves of my clothes. If I'm very chatty, I usually just talk to myself, maybe that seems a bit crazy, but it prevents the rejection from when I'm talking at people. Excessive hyperactivity can be a sign of ADHD, I would recommend looking into a diagnosis, you can get medication that can help the hyperactivity if it's caused by ADHD.

This is what I do at least, I've still got a lot to learn but perhaps this could be useful.

Clearly, I'm unlucky, I have multiple illnesses and disabilities! Autism, ADHD (if confirmed), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, eyes, ears, skin, intestines, asthma...

All these "small" faults add up and constitute a very severe multiple handicap! I don't understand why mental retardation is necessary for a multiple disability, when all it takes is several disabilities, overdose, excess, that mental health (overloaded) can no longer manage this shitty body. I know other people have it just as much or worse than me. Damn nature, you scary.

This is why I blame my parents, my country, the fact that there is no license to procreate (eugenics, sue parents for wrongful birth and life, remains frowned upon!), etc. . In a perfect world, I wouldn't even exist, and I don't think I would have regretted it.

The worst part is that with a very high IQ, I have all the brains to see that everything is going wrong, with no means of remedying it. And society is certainly not inclusive, quite the contrary!

Sorry for my rant. I need to break down. If I say all my disabilities, even with proof, I have been called a hypochondriac!

What could I have done to have nature punish me like that???? We are born unequal!

Thank you very much for your answer. And your future answers. Thank you for your support in any case, your kindness. Sorry for the delay, I'm in Europe, and I'm tired all the time, exhausted too.
