Hello,

I have been experiencing burnout from all life angles over the last 10 years.

No matter how much my physical health improves and rest I get, nothing is enough.

I feel exercise could help. However, that means a commitment to life, not sure if I want to do that yet.

Also, taking on new challenges could help. However, me not giving a crap could result in failure.

Anymore tips?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

Are you taking any meds?
I could barely leave my bed some time ago but lamotrigine and bupropion changed my life and now I've started to work and exercise again.

Another thing that motivated me was realizing that I had three options:

1) Go on like that: being a useless and lazy human being.
2) CTB right at that moment

3) Actually do something, starting with small steps.

I picked option 3 and even though I'm still suicidal, I'm somehow managing to live.

Hope you can get motivated somehow. Things can really change but it's really difficult to get the energy to do something it.
