Venting how can i help?

how do you tell them they cant? its not you, its me. its not the things you say/do. its the way i react to it. my husband keeps asking "is there anything i can do to help?" kill me? idfk!

Oh, that's the typical question all those around us will ask and unfortunately, they won't give us the asnwer we expect.

I'd be more than happy with questions like "So, you wanna ctb. Why exactly? How would you do it? Are you scared of death? Do you want me to help you to organize your stuff so that you can leave at peace?" but that won't ever happen lol
