Venting Hide how bad or get help

I change my mind by the second between thinking u need to be honest and asking for help and wanting to get out of this, and then thinking fuck it, ctb IS the way out, say nothing, exit. Stop existing.
Constantly a zig zag of exhaustion

Thank you, that is very rational and makes a lot of sense. I believe it sometimes but I always end up back here. This reality doesn't feel like it's meant for me.
