As I have seen here by observing, most of people I used to talk to are gone. I got back because I realised this is my only way out. I already have what I need to go, but things are getting worse. I feel like I am losing myself. I had people, I don't have anymore. Everyone is gone. I need support to end this. I can't take this anymore, but I also don't know how to overcome SI.

Me too. I also used to come here four years ago. Was it worth sticking around since then? Nahhhhh. I too need to overcome SI because this suffering is ridiculous.

I'm still stuck here so I don't have any advice on how to get past S.I.
We've lost many members since I started. Some left to try again. I hope they were able to get better.

Can I ask when in the process you experienced the SI? I'm planning on jumping very soon and I know it hasn't some of the hardest SI to overcome, but I'm wondering how far in advance is it going to hit or is it just going to be when I get up on that railing.
