Have you ever be walking on the streets and then someone does/says something and it has brighten up your day?

I like seeing happy people, always brightens my day. I like children and teens having fun with friends (as long as it's harmless), I love seeing loving dog owners just having fun with their doggos, I love seeing street artists, musicians, youngsters doing tricks on skateboards and bikes - everyone who seems to love what they do and really enjoy themselves.
I've read about ideas for random acts of kindness to strangers and I've never been on a receiving end of one, but I think I'd be really uncomfortable if I was though. Having a complete stranger doing things for me would most likely trigger my paranoia about ulterior motives, it just wouldn't feel right. But then I guess it's just not a part of our culture, that's why the concept feels so unnatural to me.

True story, but once when I was out for a walk a really attractive woman walking a dog smiled at me. I just wasn't used to people smiling at me, especially ones I consider superior to myself. Anyway i got so paranoid I had a panic attack and punched a lamppost nearly breaking my knuckles (again). All because of a smile.

Yes, many times. Not as of late though. My barriers are almost impenetrable. Not as receptive as I used to be.

Some strangers on my commute put out those 'You matter' and 'Don't give up!" signs. They occasionally make me feel better, but usually they remind me of how horrible life is, and make me feel worse. I try to limit my interactions with people in general, most of my experiences with other people have been negative.

Yes. It is not a specific situation, but when ever a stranger says something polite like: "Oh sorry about that" when you are brushing past each other in a shop - for example. It gives me a feeling of elation when others do or say something kind even if it is only a small gesture... except compliments - I hate getting compliments. The reason for feeling so happy over an act that you should not be so happy over, is because it is refreshing as in most encounters people tend to not be very considerate.

I feel their kind energy for the length of the interaction. It's weird to me that a stranger can make me feel a spark of life's goodness in a random moment yet people who love me can't get thru. It's my poor, damaged brain. Before I take the ultimate step I would like to find a guide for a psylocybin(sp) mushroom experience. I am looking.

Never happened to be..

However, there was an IT teacher in my school back in the 5th grade who was a really cool guy.
He gave me his old laptop for free and thought me after school stuff about Linux operating system.
I was a huge nerd back then it was nice to learn new things.

It's kinda sad that he was bullied by other students and one girl even falsely accused him of raping her.
Falsely because she did that with some other guy and basically a year later landed in jail because of insurance scam.

Not normally. Then again I purposely try to run errands with as few interactions as possible. The less people I have to talk to the better

Women and men who falsely accuse others of rape or crimes in general are awful people. Ugh. I hope she's serving a long sentence, even then they will be out eventually but the other person's reputation will forever be tarnished.

One time I went to Starbucks and they gave me a free vanilla latte with the drink I already had because I guess the guy ahead of me in the drive thru forgot it.

Yesssssss! Absolutely!

Last week I was in a normal mood, walking on the streets when a girl stared at me and told me: "You look really cute and nice. I hope you have a nice day, lindo".

You can't imagine how happy I felt. It had been ages since somebody had told me something like that.

I think she's even the reason why last week was so great.

Anyway, I should've talked to her some more time and got her phone number. I was so astonished that I was only able to say "Ohh thanks! You too".

Let's say that gender equality in rape crimes is very bitter in Germany. Let's just say that the females here don't get as hard punished as males who done similar crimes...

When it comes to all the shit with the scamming, she was like 1 year in jail because "she had a clean register"

If your going to try mushrooms AND have access to them do small doses first. A normal dose depending on the potency of the mushroom strain is about 2 grams. So start with .5 or .25 grams. This will give your body a chance to recognize the poison and how to cope with it. Also you will not have heavy hallucinations just a "body high" more or less. Then after a week take a little more and a little more after that. A full dose of mushrooms for your fist time wont hurt you but it can be hard on the brain. You don't need to do a full dose your first time. This is a childish and over romanticized way of doing this that needs to be put to bed. Even just 1 gram your fist time might be too much for your emotions and mind to handle although the euphoria is an amazing feeling. The problem comes from your body knowing its been poisoned. This is what you have to "deal with" while you are high and its easier to deal with by ising small doses first. Notice the medical trend lately is "micro-dosing" not "eat the whole bag real fast". I was using Golden Teacher. They are not very potent but a large dose will be very hard for someone their first time. If soneone tells you to take a large dose your first time that person is an idiot anx doesn't have the capacity to care about what may or may not happen to you on your first high. Dont fall for that. You want to familiarize yourself with this type of drug first by using small doses and working your way up. A guide is a good idea but again if they tell you to take a full dose your first time they are being completely irresponsible with you. Mushrooms take about 30 to 80 minutes to really kick in. Your "alarms" start to go off during this time. You want LESS alarms so its much easier to deal with. The poison lasts usually 6 to 9 hours. Your body will get rid of the poison very fast but during the high it can be very very scary because its not a sensation that we have every day. Some days I started with 1 gram and then had a few more after I was high. I rarely started with the full 2 grams. Keep this in mind when the chance cones and plan accordingly. The sensation of "I will be high forever and I made a mistake" can be scary and happens even to the most experienced users. Be responsible. You dont want to feel socially umbarassed after you come off the drugs because you acted like an ass while you were high. Very very important.

I've had both extremes happen - a stranger making my day, and a stranger ruining it. It only takes one kind - or unkind - action to change a person's day. It's why I try my best to be mindful of how I behave.

People in my gym are polite. One guy saw me looking for a weight and asked me if I needed one, a woman asked if I was using a piece of equipment that I wasn't using just to be sure. If I had a more friendly demeanour and didn't radiate suicidal ideation maybe I could have this happen more frequently or try to initiate it myself.
