it seems
if I hang my self from the front of the neck , it puts a lot of pressure on spinal and spinal cord and some people in this chatroom have said dangers of this method so not recommended.
if I hang my self from the back of the neck , it is hard to close the carotid arteries and I put a lot of pressure on my neck but nothing happens or just exploding head.
now which one do you prefer?

If you do a partial hanging from the front it shouldn't hurt your spinal. Maybe it's because I don't weigh alot or something but my spine didn't hurt.

I've ""tried"" both, got nowhere near passing out. If I plant my weight down from a strong branch the pain just makes me stand up and if I do the doorknob shit there's not enough pressure I guess. I just suck at this haha, worth it to keep trying I guess, don't want to have to jump from a risky height tbh.
