Goodbye everyone 
currently 2am and can't sleep most likely cause I'm nervous and didn't take sleep med. In less than 24 hours I will be CTBing with SN. I don't really have a story it's just my life is hell, I've lost everything, it's unbearable to continue living with this mental anguish. It's my time to go, a drink of this and I will be free. Also, I want to thank this site it's been so helpful. I wish everyone on here will find eternal peace.
my SN regime:
17 hour fast
1:00pm- take 1mg lorazepam (to help calm me throughout the day)
4:00pm- No liquids
(no liquids 2 hours before SN only small sips for the pills)
5:00pm- Take 1000mg ibruprofen
5:20pm- Take 30mg meto (AE)
*wait 45 mins
5:45pm- *prepare 3 servings of 25g SN in 50ml water(I have prepared extra in case I vomit)
*crush benzos into separate cup w/ little water
5:55pm- Take 6mg crushed lorazepam (benzo)
6:05pm- Drink one glass SN
6:05pm- take chocolate confection
*relax and lay right side w/ bucket near
