I have 150 grams of Glauber's Salt (= Sodium Sulfate) and plenty amounts of sea salt as well. Couple month go I bought some empty capsules for an easier ingestion and stopped drinking more than one 250 ml glass a day again.

Does any of you tried an overdose of salt or heard any success story about it? I only have found a science research about a rescued person but I need to know more.

What do you think about this method? Would you choose it?

It's all depends on a million factors. Every body is different. Some people die just because they took double their dose or took a long hot bath or drink a lot of water, etc. and some survive dangerous fentanyl od. I don't know life sucks I wish I can die without trying anything like most people who want to live, die. So my answer is none can really know.

You're right. But I want my body to be dead. I have a big amount of this kind of salt here but it's so disgusting. You barely can't drink it without an infused drink. That's why I bought empty capsules. Life really sucks, I should do it when it's cold and snowy outside.

Don't know about glaubers salt but you can find salt overdoses by people here. It has pretty awful side effects in short and that lasts for a while besides being ineffective

I'm sorry that you're suffering too! It will be too many capsule, how you gonna even manage? It's almost impossible to not throw up right away.. I thought about doing that with sn but I don't think I can.

While choosing a method, i personally prefer one that is well known, has an extensive information on it, a proven minimal pain or discomfort and been successfully tried by others many a time. So no, I wouldn't choose it.
