GHB before SN?

So I've been thinking. If you take GHB before SN then maybe you can become unconscious before SN starts to do is thing... So can 'go under' before the uncomfortable effects of SN start.

I would not. I would drink glass after glass if I vomit. Do you understand? If you fall asleep there is a chance that you will vomit and little SN will be absorbed by your stomach.
