Hi!
I think I am about to go CTB thru full suspension hanging. But I'm worried the knot will come undone. After studies at this site I see that a noose knot or a slip knot are what you would recommend, with more people tend to prefer the noose knot. I would consider my self as an inexperienced knot maker. I'm because of that really insecure if the knot will last for 30 minutes. Probably you will tell me to try hang on it with my hands or something else before the CTB try for testing. But I still think it would be completely impossible to know if it will last. That fact makes me a bit terrified for this method of CTB. How common is a loosened knot? How can I make sure to secure the knot?
For your information will I use a 10 mm polyester rope if that matter.
So, do any of you experienced a knot coming undone during testing or a CTB try? If so, what happened? Did you learn anything from that?
