Does anybody else get brief (like 20 minutes) extreme episodes of mental anguish where just existing is the most horrific suffering possible?
Usually my desire to CTB just comes from this constant droning feeling of emptiness and a logical argument that the cons of living outweigh the pros.
I don't know how else to explain it and I wonder if I'm alone in this.

Anxiety attacks?
I've never struggled with anxiety or anything before so I guess I can't say if its the same thing or different. Looking online that doesnt seem to be it however.

Yes. Suddenly I feel scared for like 20 min. Like it would feel like I was in a dangerous place (when I'm literally on my couch) and I have to remind myself that I am not in hell and that I live in a safe country and I have food in my fridge and somewhere to sleep and the list goes on.

Have you officially checked this out with a medical professional? This might be treatable and life can improve.

Yes, I get these. Sometimes they last longer than 20 minutes too, and they are hell. Luckily, I'm not experiencing one now, just the usual lack of interest in life that I almost always have. When I do get them, they're almost always triggered by some kind of memory from the past or a fear of what my future will be if I don't leave this world soon.

I'm sorry you get them too, Best Vacuum.

no I haven't, its honestly a pretty new phenomenon this past month or so, and then maybe one occurrence about 9 years ago

I suggest getting it checked. Research local mental health options. I recommend you try to find 2 that are close and affordable. A second opinion is always best.
Some community based options are free or ask for a reasonable donation.
