Does Xanax really remove survival instinct?

I have never taken it. But I saw some people recommend Xanax to make you feel totally at peace with going through with the act.

Can anyone give their two cents? And is there anything to keep in mind before using Xanax? Can Xanax be combined with Heroin to CTB?

Opioids and benzos tend to potentiate each other. I take them together often, although the opioid for me is tapentadol. Should work out fine. Try a test first maybe with low dosages?

Xanax will make you feel at peace with.. anything. And, in my experience, that's made it impossible to ctb on it. There's been times I've had a gun, depressed as hell but too scared to pull the trigger. So I took some xanax, and when I did, it made me feel at peace and I didn't want to kill myself anymore. So it's a catch-22, for me.

To the previous poster - taking xanax before fentanyl would be a great way to die, if you did them in the right amounts. Mix in alcohol, and you got a very effective, very peaceful way to die. A blissful way to die, you'll go out smiling for sure. This is my plan, actually. Not much longer now.

I guess everyone is different. Xanax seems to make me peaceful about ctb.

My patches release 100 MCG per hour, I have ten.
In no book did I find any reference to fentanyl powder, just patches
According my understanding hit make the patches to release faster.
But from now fentanyl is my plan B, I don't think I will have more than 12 hours in my hotel room

I would recommend Xanax with heroin to ctb. I've never taken fentanyl, but I have been a heroin addict on and off for ten years, while also being addicted to my benzo medications. It may sound strange, but the last few times I've done heroin as of recent (relapsed 3 weeks ago), I'd been more suicidal than while clean, which is when I got back on this site. Mixing Xanax and H, would be a good combo as the mix also slows down your respiratory system. I think the H and Xanax will make you feel at peace with CBT, because when I mix them, I'm very apathetic & also strangely more depressed if I'm already in a depressive state.

depends if you have F powder or not .
With IV, you can pass out before finishing the shot.
sublingual, oral or snorting can take a bit more time and there is ris of nausea and vomiting.
Plugging is 5-15 min without vomiting
But in general, you don't feel anything,just fall asleep. Except with oral or sublingual in which u can have nausea or vomit.

I only have 1g of sure F and one who may be not F.With the other gram,I tried to put 10mg in 100ml water and to use 0,25cl to put under my tongue before drinking it.
But didn't felt anything

But I have tried multiple opioids and opiates and given that they all metabolise to morphine in the blood stream, and they've all more or less felt the same to me, I feel I can extrapolate. One thing I have tried is xanax which just makes me feel tired and doesn't come close to making me feel like how any opioid or opiate have.

the times i have taken xanax and valium, especially when mixed with a lot of alcohol i become very impulsive and have no concept or regard of consequences. i can see how it might make completing the act easier.


i have been an on off heroin addict for several years now (clean ATM) for me as soon as im high on opiates im happy, have no problems, heart break or depression. and no compulsion to CTB

Have you tried Oramorph oral solution? How (if at all) do you mask the taste? I think I've probably thrown up with it too much because now even thinking of that sickly sweet smell and taste makes me want to gag.

Nope, only ever taken pills (and IV morphine post surgery). Had prescription oral ketamine and it didn't taste good; a nasty peppermint flavor. To mask the flavor I drank tea immediately after. Honestly I just shivered right now thinking about that flavor.

Glad it's not just me then. They put a shed ton of sugary syrup in oral stuff. It's almost fruity in a way but man so sweet (not in a good way). To the point that they had to put a diabetic warning on the label.

I'm surprised they still sell oral opiates this way. They had to stop putting sugar in prescription ketamine because people were holding it under their tongue to get a high from it and it it ended up rotting teeth. So what I had was very bitter.

I read you could mask the bitter taste my adding it to apple juice but I didn't know the equivalent for the sweet aspect.

It is a bit complicated question.
Yes, it will weaken your survival instinct, but not nullify.
Another problem is that you may feel good on Xanax and decide to CTB next time.
So make sure you are not high or low on xanax and test how it works for you prior to CTB.
I was taking xanax against panic attacks and anxiety, it was helping much and was fast acting for me.
So I think it will help you cope with SI.

You could try taking it because there's kin of a thing where drugs effect different people differently. Just because it's one way for someone that's not you doesn't mean it's going to be the same for you

Fuck no it will make it work better take a lot and that's a much more lethal cocktail. Dying by fent will be painless

How does one get their hands on Fentanyl?

It has a short half life so while it was in my system, it did lower my inhibitions a bit, but gave me terrible rebound anxiety. I'd go with something that has a longer half life like Klonopin. It also lowers my inhibitions (gives me some courage in social situations) but without the nasty anxiety side effect. It doesn't taste bitter either. I can chew it if need be.

alcohol is better it makes me more angry and emotional. Pharmaceutical sedatives just zombify me.
