I've purchased medication on standard websites but not convinced it's real.

I've installed tor browser.

Normally I'm good with technology. I'm only looking for things like propranolol atm just so i can numb all these overwhelming emotions but i can't afford to be buying meds that probably isn't what it states.

I bought 40mg and took 800mg a couple of days ago. It lowered my BP and HR and made me sleepy but in not convinced they're totally legit.

It's way more complicated than google. Please use the search function and look for dark web guides. You will need to run an OS which doesn't save a lot of info on your hardware and which you can easily dispose of. You will need to learn how to use encryption keys and there is a lot of safety precautions for you to establish before you actually go to the special sites.

Okay so it seems like you're a little confused about the difference between the regular web (or 'clearnet') and the dark web, which is understandable! It can be a little confusing.

Websites on the dark web e.g. those with a .onion extension are not indexed and catalogued by regular search engines like google, bing, or duck duck go. This is why dark web links are not appearing when you search for them via tor (which uses duck duck go).

I would recommend that you look up, and read, the "DNM bible" which should provide some basic knowledge on how to maximise anonymity (or 'opsec') when purchasing anything from the dark web. Once you've read through that, you can go on dark (dot) fail for a list of the most popular markets currently available.

Wow.. you took the the propranolol recommended amount of 800mg for SN. I thought 800mg is massive, almost an OD itself.
It made you very sleepy, hmm, but didn't know KO you.

If you are able to install and use an anonymous OS like tails and use pgp encryption and 2fa authentication etc etc then do it but if you can't don't let this stop you. I know many examples of people using Tor on windows, not using pgp or 2fa and theyre fine.

Start up tor and enter dark.fail (exactly that, with the . and nothing else or u will get ripped off) and take it from there.
dark.fail is where the markets links are. ONLY ever get your links from here even if none work. Try again later until you find a link that works.
Search on here and the net for how to use the markets. You'll need a bitcoin wallet to acquire bitcoin to pay. Again, if you can set one up anonymously then do it but if not do it anyway, no one i know has been caught through a bitcoin account using real info (i don't know anyone who's just a personal user of small amounts who's been caught fullstop).

All these guides etc don't appreciate that some are not techy enough to do all these steps. If youre a dealer or buying big amounts then doing all these steps are essential otherwise youre just a tiny fish in a big ocean unlikely to attract attention. 1000s are buying stuff daily on these markets.

From what I know 800mg it's a very High amount. I would recommend using propranalol as it calms the brain and body, slows breathing, giving a sense of calm in times when you shouldn't feel calm.
I'm still not convinced the online meds I purchased are completely legit but there is clearly a change in my bodies CNS and I have a very High tolerance to medication. even a couple of days later I'm very light headed.
I'd advise to get comfortable if you do take this medication as you may collapse within 30-60 minutes of taking propranolol . that said everyone's tolerance is different.

Really, benzo might lower chances of vomiting? That is nice feature of benzos then!
I have a simple rule of thumb to determine whether an online pharmacy is legit or not: if the pharmacy sells benzos, it is not really legit. All the legit pharmacies I know don't sell benzos. The pharmacies that do sell them, most of the time have bad reviews on e.g. trustpilot.com and other review sites. A pharmacy that sells could be legit, but I myself wouldn't trust it, unless I can find good reviews of it.
I hope your propranolol is legit.

The Darknet bible is definately something to consider reading. Some parts are a bit outdated, but it covers all topics in depth.

The links on dark.fail are not clickable, you have to copy the link, then paste it into the address bar near the top of the tor browser, where it says dark.fail or you can open a new browser tab by clicking on the + sign right near the top and paste it into that.

Right, I agree. My last cold storage transfer cost me close to $40 and took 3 days to clear. Unfortunately it's the best option as of right now.

Yeah, if you're buying/selling any coin to/from "real world currencies" then you have to complete the Know Your Customer checks.... which usually involves trusting a third party with copies of your driving licence or passport

Now 1 BTC is worth around 61,772.40 USD so "fees" can seem really high.
