Clonazepam and the CO method

Hello. I will be doing the CO method and wanted to know how much clonazepam should I take to make me relaxed and sleepy? I think I have to start taking the pills while I set the charcoal on fire, then I'll have like 1 hour for the pills to have an effect and the charcoal to be burned.

Usually you don't need any Benzos to succeed with this method. It depends whether you have tolerance or not. If you have a high enough concentration of CO (10k+ ppm) you should pass out quickly with 1-2 deep breaths.
