Can't send messages in conversation

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this about but I don't have any more options. I've been having an issue in sending messeges in "conversation" for two or some weeks now. The filter wouldn't let me send anything for a very long time even when I tried to send a simple "Hi". Because of the same filter I also couldn't start a conversation with admin about this issue and sent a message in "direct messages", but didn't have a response. I don't know what triggers the filter and when it triggers. I would be grateful for any help and thank you for your attention.
