Can u take SN by itself and successfully CTB?

Everyone is talking about that u need other stuff to take and all but is it possible?

Not an expert in anything, but what's the point of taking SN if there's a really big chance you won't be able to hold it in so that it works? I have no doubt that some people managed to do it without anything else other than SN, though wouldn't it be more uncertain and potentially much more uncomfortable?

Yes, just make sure to drink the other cup if you vomit, fast for a good while.

People have succeeded but the risk of failure seems much higher without following the protocol.
