Venting Attended a funeral today

Of a friend I have known for 17 years.
I cried my heart out.
He is the result of a failure of mental health services.

I'm sorry for your loss, it must have been hard. A lot of deaths these days are linked to the failure of these services. They should really try to find ways to improve.
